Yoga can be a fierce practice - you may decide you love or hate it, but whichever you decide the feeling will most likely be intense.



If this studio has a theme, it would most likely be the belief that you are never to late, to old, or to sick to better yourself. I drive across town to attend this particular studio. This place for me has become a sanctuary from corporate stress and other daily dysfunctions.



The bright atmosphere, employees and clientele create an energetic and uplifting dynamic I'm proud to be a part of. I believe you can tell alot about a facility by the loyalty of the clientele - and this studio has a strong dedicated following. Perhaps you will find this studio works for you - if so you're sure to make many new friends - I have.
