They do great work. Good quality work. However; you will need to call before going. They have strange hours and they change without notification. Also, need to call before going to pickup shoes to verify the repair is done and that they are open. They lack the commitment to have the repair done by the date they give you.

I have been a client for many years going back to the Shelbyville Road location. I have always experienced friendly and courteous service and excellent workmanship. The prices aren't bad either.

The guy is so friendly and does such good work. He fixed my shoes while I waited and it was about 5 minutes. Prices are great! If you can't find it look behind the Skyline Chile next to where Friday's used to be.

I have used this shoe repair shop for years. It was in St Matthews on Shelbyville Rd for many years & in the Mall by the Barber Shop long ago. It's been around a long time. Thought he had closed up until I found him in Plainview on the side of Kroger across from Friday's. He always does great work & is extremely reasonable.
