great people great cars great experience

Run, run as fast as you can, they are telling you over and over that if you have ANY problems call back and we fix it for you. This company sold a car, they gave us the plates, and it showed that they didn't wanna pay taxes for it, because the old owner had birthday in May, so they gave us old plates with old tags and we got pulled over by the police. Then they made up a story about they always do that, but i have another car bought there, and that's due in December, so nothing about what they say is true. My husband called them and got another story, so they isn't even good liers, since they don't remember what they said 30 min ago.
So do your self a HUGH favor, stay away as fare as you can from this company.

Horrible! Bought a vehicle from them noticed that it had a few issues on the test drive. "No problem. Bring it back and we will take care of them". Several months of attempting to get ahold of the mechanic (always unavailable ) to discuss the issues of broken transmission mount and failed water pump (internal) resulted in "well you are out of warranty period. Talked to Bruce about the problem and let him know that I didn't even mind paying more, but I needed a vehicle I could actually drive. Told me that he would have to "run it by the owner" . 4 weeks later the owner still hadn't let him know anything! Went and sat my butt in the office waiting to be told that I owed too much on the pos and nothing they could do. Called financing dept and told them that there was no possible way for me to keep making the $300 a month payment and repair the vehicle to drive. Was told that I should volunteer surrender the vehicle to them and that would be taken care of. My dumbass believing that did just that. Long story short their collections sued me to collect the balance of the vehicle. Garnishment ordered. $150 Wk ... that's $600 mo. No vehicle, no money. Wouldn't even turn my head to look at this lot.

I had a great experience with this car lot. Maybe they've gotten better compared to the other reviews. My salesman was Steve, Bruce also came in to help with payments. Steve was very helpful in helping me get a vehicle that I liked. Id recommend them to everyone and I will be back to get another one.

Worked great with me while I looked for and eventually bought a vehicle. However, within days the vehicle exhibited serious problems. The salesman said to simply bring it in, but every time I tried, their mechanics were unavailable. This went on for months. Finally took it in, they said it was fixed, it wasn't. Turned out to be a VERY expensive problem that had to be repiared by someone else. Called them repeatedly to see if they would cover some of the cost or at least work with me. Kept getting transferred to their billing dept or simply blown off all together. I would highly recommend NOT buying a car here or, if you do, have it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic of your choice first.
