Well...Let's just say I won't go back, I had a Crappy Customer service Girl, too many problems to mention...

The wait is always longer than they give you....They offer very little for expensive things, They say ...they cater to 30-50 range Women , but they hire Ignorant 20-somethings....that have no clue what is high-end, and what is not...

They look full...they did have target and Wal-Mart shoes and clothes....and passed on a lot of my 200.00 purses....and yes they were totally in style..and in nice condition.

Done with that rodeo...not worth my drive.

I love their sizing, selection. On shoes and purses know your labels. They're not trying to rip you off, they're are very good fakes out there.

Beware! They sell MANY fake/faux designer bags and the prices for the real ones are unrealistic.



Beware of clothing with pockets. I have found tissues, gum wrappers, reciepts and other items in the pockets of coats, blazers and jeans. Yuk!



Beware of selling your clothes. If it is instant gratification you are looking for it is the place for you. If you want to get a fair price for them then move on. You are better off at a traditional consignment store. You may have to wait a little longer to have the cash in your hand, but the pay off is worth the wait.



They have much too much stuff. Hard to shop. Much of it is crap. A few "designer" pieces.



I would not recommend

I am not sure cause I am just now hearing about you all since I visited Platos Closet today. They could not remember the name your store cause someone came in talking about you all and I just had to find out. Will be coming out sometime next week to check you all out. So glad there is someplace you can consign if you do not want to sell right out to the store. Cannot wait to visit you.
