To: Country Place Owners, you've all have let a good Manager "GO".... naming Tabitha Ruth. Now kidds are running wild threw the complex & parking lot unsupervised up to 9pm somebody gonna get hit by a car or snacthed up. Younger people have been moved in and can tell they're supscious activity as like drugs selling people. Enterance doors aren't being closed rain is getting into the hallway floors, and trash is everywhere on the complex ground and dog doo-doo, dogs are allowed but no one is picking up after their pet(s)..... I'm a resident of 8 years. but not trying to make it 9 years looking for a place to move to with better management care of the property they manage!

DO NOT RENT FROM COUNTRY PLACE APT! HOMELAND PROPERTIES AND THE ROTATING DOOR OF COUNTRY PLACE APT. MANAGEMENT DO NOTHING FOR YOU! THE PROPERTIES, LAND AND AMENITIES ARE NOTHING AS THEY ADVERTIZE. IT IS SO TRASHY & BROKEDOWN. I PUT IN A SERVICE WORK ORDER, OVER 2 MONTHS AGO, THAT HAS NEVER BEEN FULLFILLED. I HAVEN'T HAD CABLE CONNECTION IN ONE ROOM OR THE OTHER FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. LITTER EVERYWHERE, OLD FURNITURE JUST DUMPED AMOUNG PROPERTY & THE TRASH DUMPSTERS ARE ALWAYS OVERFLOWING ONTO THE GROUND & INTO THE PARKINGLOT. MY RENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME THOUGH I GET LETTERS THREATENING TO EVICT ME B/C OF RENT NOT BEING "NOTED" AS PAID! SECURITY LIGHTS AND PARKING LOT LIGHTS ARE ALMOST ALL BROKEN / NOT WORKING. MULTIPLE COMMON ENTRY DOORS ARE BROKEN OFF HINGES & NEVER REPLACED, IT'S FREZING OUTSIDE & MAKES THE HEATING BILL GO UP. THEY SAID THEY "DIDN'T NOTICE" THAT THEY WERE BROKEN & COMPLETELY GONE! THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF OR FIX ANYTHING!!! THEIR SERVICE IS COMPLETELY GROSS AND MORE THAN INCONVIENENT! NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TO LIVE LIKE THIS!
