I use CVS all the time and currently the pharmacist have all went out of their way to be helpful & considerate. Maybe they have new folks working there but I have no complaints and consider it a good experience.

Unlike you my bad experience came from a pharmacy tech. She was just flat out rude. My Grandmother has to take pain meds daily because of a broken hip, this medicine is a controlled substance. and when I called to get it refilled for her you would have thought I was a drug dealer or something. she took me through the run around saying the medicine is too soon to fill when it was only 1 day early. my grandmother is always in a lot of pain and this medicine helps ease that pain. if she didn't need it the doctors would not have prescribed it to her. I just fell like you treat people the way you want to be treated at all times. we no longer patronize this store even though the pharmacist (African Guy) was great and got the meds that we needed. I told him that if someone employed by them could have such a bad attitude then I would rather not be a customer because sometimes those attitudes are contagious.

I intended to patronize this pharmacy but when I had a prescription to be filled, I called this pharmacy to ask the price. The pharmacist was very rude and seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered dealing with customers. Because of his very bad attitude, I took my business across the street where the staff are more customer friendly. However, another time, I did find the person in the photo department to be most helpful - unlike the nasty pharmacist.
