Very disrespectful and rude group of collectors. I called and never got an answer to my question only thing I was told over and over by Kim was "it is what it is" that is not a professional thing to say nor is it an answer to my question. I called back and talked to the supervisor and he was just as rude. Since this group had no answer to my question regarding labor laws I called the labor law district in ky and got my question answered. I would not suggest anyone ever use this law firm for anything. I know that I wont' and I will let all family and friends know not to. They have no knowledge of the law. They are rude, disrespectful and treat people who call their like we are garbage because we owe a debt.

employees are rude and not knowledgeable when it comes to garnishment laws. they act as if this money you owe them is coming out of their pockets. the professional at that office told me numerous times it is what it is and that is not professional.
