Provided by SuperpagesI wish I could pick a zero rating, we had an awful experience with this company. We went there for a replacement part for our washer and after telling them what we needed they told us we were wrong and we didn't need that part. They ended up selling us the wrong part and when we went back to return it the woman was extremely rude to us. She talked down and very hateful to us. She even went as far as saying "With all my experience in retail, I've found that the customers are never right they are always wrong!" ..... What kind of business person talks to customers that way?? We will never do business with this company again !!

Provided by SuperpagesCALLED THEM WITH AN APPLIANCE PROBLEM AND THEY HAD THE PART. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
