A friend of mine and I went in looking for some carbon arrows. As a somewhat novice when it comes to archery I had never used or bought carbon arrows. I was shocked to see SEVERAL price labels in this area are completely missing. I found some I thought would work hanging on a 29.99 price peg. There was another box of the same brand a couple pegs down that said 65.99. So I went up to the counter where I finally got the two employees to interrupt there conversation long enough to finally ask me if i needed help. He was obviously very busy leaning over the counter typing numbers in his handheld scanner. I asked what the difference was between these and the $65 ones. He kind of rolled his eyes and scanned the box I had. Well these are $65 he told me. I informed him that there were a whole peg of these there under $25. He again rolled his eyes then walked over and pulled the tag off the peg. Didnt move the product, didnt offer an apology, nothing. So I asked him if it was miss marked if I still get that price and he said sorry we dont do that. So what do they do? They dont price items, they dont stock items, you can barely get any help without attitude so why are you even open if you dont actually want customers? We just walked out and went to cabellas. Guess we should have started there.

HORRIBLE!! I gave them my daughters bike over a month ago for the bike department to fix. When we called we were told they couldn't put tires on a bike. we asked if maybe we should pick up the bike and take to the competitor. The manager actually said yea, probably so. That's exactly what we did and will continue to do. I highly recommend not using this store. they are incompetent and needs to be shut down.

Went in..Could not get help...Finally went to try something on..I intended to purchase...I needed to grab another size...next to the dressing room...Sales lady told me to get my stuff out of the dressing room...and take it w/ me...I handed her the stuff..and walked out...Corporate office sent me a generic 25% off..card...and I never received a call from the Manager...What is wrong w/ this place??? The woman who waited on me..needed to be Fired!!! I'll never shop there...Never received an apology...or nothing...most pathetic..shopping experience I have ever experienced in my life...She ruined my day..and the stores name is Very appropriate!!
