Extremely rude, unprofessional, and misogynistic. In addition, he refuses to help if you have a problem or issue with your policy. His behavior was unacceptable.

I've been enjoying the services of Dolack Insurance for a # of years. Despite the move away from Allstate (as another reviewer highlights) they were not allowed to contact past customers. I found them and got my insurance renewed with them - saved $650 1st year and Brian & his team are very responsive.

Brian and his father before he retired was my agent 30+ years combined. July 2012, I was trying to get a hold of Brian, no answer and Allstate would tell me nothing. I drove to his office and a "For Lease" sign is up. I had just spoke to them 2 weeks earlier. Wow.... 30 years and not even a email or a letter .... I never dreamed they would just blow us off like that.
