Worked me in quickly, even though they were very busy. His staff was great in answering questions. Tooth out, pain gone. Thank you.

Tiny office on Shelbyville road, and for some reason he was the only one in the area that takes CareSource insurance. So from the beginning I was a bit forced to go to his office, but I assumed everything would be satisfactory. I was very wrong.

The young receptionist seemed like I was bothering her simply because I arrived for my appointment, bad attitude and constantly on her phone.

When He finally came in the room, he really didn't say much, but seemed friendly enough. He was a very heavy set fellow. I woke up towards the end of the procedure due to pain in my arm....because he was digging his arm into mine during the entire procedure. Trying to talk, I pointed to my arm to make him aware of the pain....he didn't seem to care. Then the pain became so pronounced that I tried to speak "You're really hurting me, I can't feel my arm"

His response was "I told you not to speak, stay quiet",....again, he was a very heavyset man, and his arm was no exception. As I tried to move my arm, in response he pressed upon it even harder...

If I had not been sedated, I would have knocked him into next week....

I would never step in his office again, and would strongly recommend not sending somebody you care about.

dr dodd is very passion with the work that he done very professional and also the staff is great
