Be very, very careful with Jennifer Cebe. She appears to be friendly, concerned for the family, but very much biased. She has been known to rip children from their parents in loving homes and placing them in extremely dangerous environments. Please, do not use her. If the courts require it, beg to find someone else!! RUN from her.

My children have been in 6 different schools, homeless, abused by the other parent's lovers, involved in drug deals and other criminal acts, and I no longer have any contact with my children thanks to Cebe's unprofessional and biased report, which gave no reason for my loss of custody.

DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!!

Superfacial, shallow, disinterested and definitely concerned with the "business" aspect of psychology rather than the personal elements. She comes across as professional and softspoken but don't be mistaken. Can't in good conscience recommend her. Her office is organized and kept. Unfortunately, personal vested interest is seriously lacking. With so many caring individuals available to choose from, choose wisely because she certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
