I tried for nine weeks to get a new pair of glasses that had as good or better vision than my old glasses. I was finally told "I could not be satisfied" and should go somewhere else They offered to refund the cost of glasses but not the exam. $123.32. That should be refunded also as I will have to pay that amount again for another exam.
