Doesn't listen to parents concerns. Always in a rush to get kids out as fast as possible.

This office is so strict that they will not allow you to bring your baby/child in a stroller. If you do, you have to leave it out in the waiting room where anyone can easily take it. You are also forced to throw away any drinks you have or your child will not be seen even if it is a 20oz soda bottle with a lid in the pouch of your diaper bag. They are hard to get a referral from also. My 5mo baby has a large mass in the palm of her hand and they say it's "normal" even though it's hard as a rock and only on her right hand (nothing like it on her left hand) and will not give a referral to a hand specialist or anyone else that can help to xray or examine it. The mass is big enough that I have had people ask me "What is that on her hand?"... How is that "normal"? I hope this helps anyone considering the important decision for their little one. Which doctor do I choose?
