Provided by YP.comGood: Large amount of Space for the price. Great location
Bad: Where to begin... There is a huge problem with insects. We found creepy crawlers daily including spiders, centipedes, "water bugs" which are roaches in disguise and even a lizard at one point. The parking is a nightmare. The spaces are too close together and backing out of a space is complicated. The parking lot is not wide enough for two cars to pass. My car had multiple dents from other cars opening their doors too quickly/hard even to the extent of chipping the paint off of my fender. Moving in and out was terrible as it is almost impossible to back a moving truck into the parking lot. The foundation of the second floor level apartments is questionable. When it would rain, water would pool behind the cement wall of bottom apartments and the wall of the first floor bedroom had water stains where the water was seeping into the walls. The bedroom floor was no longer level and the baseboards didn't meet the floor. Work orders were not completed in a timely fashion including emergencies. Our sink flooded from an apartment upstairs and it took the maintenance guy 4 hours to show up. Workmen were constantly in and out of our apartment because the basement had a connection to all of the second level apartments. They tracked in leaves, mud and insects into our apartment. We reported this to maintenance and our floors were never cleaned. The property manager is not the friendliest and was rude to my husband. The first floor toilet did not flush well and leaked. We were charged for mold growing behind the toilet when multiple maintenance calls were made about the leaking toilet. The apartment could never be kept warm in the wintertime and cold in the summertime. We had to get an extra space heater for the basement room because the temperature was frigid.
I would recommend this place to anyone trying to save money that doesn't mind unfriendly staff or insect problems

Provided by YP.comThis is the best place I have ever lived in. I moved here from Old Louisville and that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath for a year and the apartment was very spacious. We had a huge living room and an attached dining area, including a large patio. The kitchen is decent sized as well.
The property manager was great. The response on maintenance issues is fast, they usually get things fixed within one day. The design of the apartment was ideal for me and my roommate because both of us had plenty of private space for ourselves. At the same time the living room area provided a great place to hang out and have friends over. Needless to say we had a lot of friends coming and going all the time.
Parking was never a problem. There is a large parking lot right there with no restrictions on visitor parking so your guests always have a safe place for their car. Neither did I ever see the parking lot ever full. There was always plenty of open spots even if we had 30 visitors at our place.
The complex is calm and quiet. The neighbors are great, mostly young professionals with families. Clifton area is the ideal location for young people, there's plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars on Frankfort Avenue within a walking distance.
I would highly recommend this place to any young professional. If I wasn't moving out of town, I would definitely have lived here for years to come.

Provided by YP.comThe location and lay out are desirable and the apartments are fairly inexpensive. However, the communication between landlord/ tenants is lacking. Being in a customer relations position myself, if I dealt with my clients the way the staff here deals with us, I would be out of a job. Our hot water has been out for three days and the staff claims that it is on when we are at work. Well that doesn't help me. Our heat was out for two days in December. Yes TWO DAYS! Every time we have a maintenance issue the generic response is "Our maintenance man is off site right now". Our move in checklist was filled out for us (which we submitted again because things were conveniently left off). A memo, flyer, notice, phone call or some form of communication in general when emergencies or chronic problems occur would give this complex a few more stars. We will not be staying here after our lease is up due to the quality of service we've receive.
