First, it takes forever just to get an appointment but don't call to try to move it up or the office manager will hear things that were not said.

I arrived today for my appointment 30 minutes early as the letter said only to be told myou appointment that I had waited months for was canceled and the girl didn't know why. After checking with someone she came back and suddenly note appeared in the system saying I had canceled my own appointment with was untrue. She then had me talk to the office manager who told me that I told her to cancel the appointment when I had called in months the ago. Again, untrue. I let her know she was wrong and she then said I was a liar. Obviously I walked out. Either I'll treat myself or find another Dr for this because I refuse to be treated in such a manner. This ofive doesn't care about patients obviously.
