I have had at least 6 massages here. While the location is only convenient if I'm on my way home from work, I only go here because it's the best massage I've ever had. My neck is always giving me problems and Felipe does a great job of working out those kinks. I have not had any issues with scheduling.

He is the most unprofessional. Attempted to schedule 4 different times, each time he cancelled via text only 10 or 15 minutes before appointment. Excuses include car trouble, mom in hospital, sick, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY

I got a Groupon for two massages. The first was great. Felipe cancelled the second one three times via text each time. Today, he cancelled within five minutes of the massage start.
Felipe is unprofessional. I would not recommend him.

this is a joke. i scheduled an appointment a month ago, showed up on time and the door was locked. no answer on the phone and no massage therapist present. then 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment i got a text saying "emergency... car wreck... i'll call you tonight and reschedule" thought i would give the benefit of the doubt and reschedule... Felipe Saucedo the therapist never called to reschedule. as i had pre-paid for two massages i thought i would give it another try and hope he showed for the appointment... guess what? my 9am appointment for today was just canceled via text with "emergency... mom's in the hospital... i'll call you to reschedule" seriously do not waste your time booking with Felipe, it's more stressful than even the best massage can correct.
