Must have been some confusion on party who wanted tattoo and was told he didn't have appoinment.I recently got my 1st and 2 weeks later got my 2nd.They are alwaysfrienly and yes they are busy and most times ned to set appointment.I deal with Racheal and she is awesome.She communicates with me via e_mail and responds same day if I have a question or if I just drop in they will chat with me and ask me about my ideas for next tat and are always giving me advice.sometimes I just sit in there and look at their books.No problem

Dont listen to the other reviewer. Things happen. I walked in on Derby Day after visiting Acme which was closed but is a reputable business and Body Art. Body Art didnt even acknowledge me after 30 minutes... I know they were busy but I didn't get a hello. On my way home I saw Five Star Tattoo and decided to check it out. The guys greeted us and were friendly as soon as we walked in. They let us know they were booked but let us know what they had available that week. I went in today for my tattoo and was very impressed with not only the tattoo itself but the artist's working there. John is very talented. I highly recommend them.

I went in wednesday march 30th,with a drawing of a tattoo i wanted and was told they couldn't do it then but i could schedule an appointment.

I scheduled an appointment for saturday april 2nd at 4:00,since i had to work that day,I was told to call if i wasn't going to make it.I never called because i was looking forward to getting this tattoo.I call at my lunch to make sure of my appointment and was told he had another appointment and that i didn't set an appointment,but i could come in wednesday or thursday.Very unprofessional.
