When I first started going to this place I would get great service and wonderful food. The last few times I have been here the service has been horrible and almost cold food. My husband and I went there and the booth across from us was spotless but underneath it was dirty napkins, food and silverware. Maybe they cleaned the top but they sure did not clean underneath. Twice when I ordered dessert they brought my dessert but not spoon to eat it with. Once they seated us and brought us our drinks and salad but no silverware so we had to wait for the waitress to return before we could eat. Restrooms are always clean that's a plus, but the service is so bad. I told my husband the last time that we went, to "Never bring me to this one ever again". The service was THAT bad. My roast beef was so tough that I could not eat most of it and my potatoes were cold. My tea tasted rotten and when I asked for another new tea, the waitress acted like she thought I was lying. POOR SERVICE!!! I had to argue with her to get a new tea! She should have been fired. If you want good service go to the one on Dixie Highway instead!
