The Campbellsville store experience was dreadful. After spending several thousand dollars and upon receiving our first delivery at our new home, we found multiple pieces of bedroom furniture damaged and chipped. After taking several photos the delivery men loaded the damaged items and returned them. Now waiting weeks for replacements, we had those delivered, but once again only to find nicks and chips. This time however, the manager of this store questioned our integrity, doubting when the damage occurred. Outrageous! Now sending these back again, we waited weeks for more. The manager was very unprofessional and the quality poor. We also used the layaway program for several thousand dollars more merchandise. Upon having this delivered, the sofa was not even taken off the truck due to such damage. The loveseat and tables were unloaded. Upon closer inspection, we discoved patch work on the sofa arm with poor contrast with the leather. Again, we had to fight to get results. This time a service man from Louisville arrived at our home to look at the cheap repairs and other tears we discovered. He was very cordial and seemed to know what he was speaking about. To our surprise, he sold us a big line of gift cards for our troubles and a leather kit to be delivered at our home. After calling the Louisville service office, we were told we would not receive any of those items and the conversation was over! A terrible experience!!
