JoLynn Gaither Wilson is the most unprofessional therapist/nurse practitioner I have ever met. She was 15 minutes late to my appointment and once she answered she greeted me by saying "I just spoke to you on Monday, do you remember? What do you need? Do you remember do you remember?" I had my child next to me since it was a telephone call and she said she would not speak to me because he was making too much noise. I told her how my medication is making me feel very depressed and also experience many other bad side effects. We spoke a little more, I raised my voice with her out of frustration (as she did to me) which I realize is wrong and then she said to me "just speak to someone else, I don't want to speak to you." And ended up hanging up on me. I tried to join the call again and she kicked me out of the waiting room. She also admitted to only prescribing me my medication because of my history, she didn't even hear my current problems out so I feel I was treated with medication incorrectly. She never followed up with an apology.
