I love the environment that I walked into. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The barber that actually cut my hair took his time to make sure my first hair cut, a big chop, was perfect. He gave me the hair cut I have always wanted and dreamed about. He treated me as if I was his own daughter.

I’ve never Entered a barbershop, where no matter what chair u choose ..Your coming out an satisfied customer! Hands down Headlinerz is the BEST BEST IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE!!!!!

Ok. Where do I begin. Well I was referred to the shop by a friend. My hair is natural, I had a fro. Yes, I had a fro until I went into this shop to get the right side of my hair cut down.
The barber destroyed 8 months of natural hair growth in one hour. I took a picture of what I wanted into the shop and got something that looks nothing like what I got. Instead of cutting down one side, he cut my entire head of hair. It is such a mess that I have ordered some African head wraps to wear until it grows back.
When I started my natural hair journey 8 months ago I let another barber shave my head practically bald and in 8 months I had a tremendous amount of growth. So I'm hoping that since it isn't cut bald in 8 months I'll have even more growth than I had when he shaved my fro off.
If you are a natural and do not want to start your natural hair journey over this is not the shop for you to go to.
I'm so displeased and disgusted. Only women especially women who are natural will understand how disappointed I am.
I don't know if he just isn't as experienced as a barber as he pretended to be or if he just has an issue with black women being natural but because of this experience I will never go into another barbershop again.

Great barbershop... Professional atmosphere... Skillful barbers... One of the best shops in the city.
