The pizza I ordered was badly burned, so much that I just wanted my money back and leave. When I complained, the management refused to give me my money back (burn #2). There are many better pizza places in louisville that will offer much better customer care. I don't expect its store to be open much longer if things don't change in the kitchen and management.

A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT We usually order from Wicks, but we thought we'd try something new, so we called Impellizeries tonight. We wont ever call there again, we had to put the pizza back in the oven because it was cold and the dough wasnt even cooked all the way. The quality of the pizza didnt not meet the price, for $27.50 the pizza should have been something to write a book about. All in all the pizza was over priced and the quality was very poor, businesses are closing left and right in the economy today because of this reason, we will just stick to what we know and that is that wicks pizza is better, I would pay $27.50 for a pizza from wick, not impellizzerie's, should have just went to papa murphy's if I had to put the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes, I would have saved $20.00

Excellent pizza tho we always ask for it "extra crispy. ". And those garlic breadsticks...!
