This was a first time experience for me and I was a bit nervous at first. Katie took the time to give me a tour of the facility, explain the process in detail, at put me at ease. It's difficult for busy moms and dads to find the time to practice self care, however I realized after today, I need to make the time. My muscles feel more relaxed and after a consistent plan, I am confident my mobility will improve. Katie is the best!!
