Terrible- go elsewhere

Horrible customer service. I asked the florist to combine 2 online bouquets and they sent a mug (which was part of our theme) with a handful of carnations- very thrown together and embarrassing looking- very unimpressive. Once contacted, the company ultimately said there was nothing they would do...would not recommend going here for anything!!!

Horrible customer service!!

This place is so rude! Well first off, they never delivered my flowers on V-Day. They said they were missed placed. Would not give me a discount for all my troubles and then the lady said ill just give you a credit back and hung up on me... I couldn't believe what just happen.. My V-Day was ruined and they could care less. They told me they would still deliver them at full price @ 3:45 when my wife leaves work at 4:00 I don't not recommend doing business with them! There's too many other shops that value there customers.
