They made us sign a contract stating that we promised to work overtime for SHPS or we would not be hired. They worked us for five months at 50+ hours per week. After a while many of us were burned out. One by one they would fire people for stupid little things. All the while they threatened that if we did not work the alloted time that we would get fired. They appealed my claim after I was fired. Both Kelly Services at this location and the SHPS on Blankenbaker Rd. are horrible companies. I have only been fired once from my job in almost twenty years. SHPS treats their temporaries with little or no respect. Then they fire almost all of them at the end of the year and do the outsource expense as a write off. The other Kelly Services was nice however and told me what they heard about this location. I recommend class action lawsuit against this location and will offer testimony.

I would not recommend Lakeshore Staffing to anyone searching for work or considering using them to find employee's. Their staffers are rude and never follow up on positions they have available. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office as well.
