I have suffered from hemorrhoids all my life after having children. Finally I found a dr that knew how to take care of it. My quality of life has improved tremendously.

I have never been treated so poorly or jerked around so much in all my life. Dr Gupta prescribed me medication to help my ongoing stomach issues. The pharmacy where my prescription was held ended up shutting down so I called Dr Gupta's office to ask them to send my prescription to a new pharmacist. For two days they jerked me around-leaving me on hold for ungodly amounts of time-saying they sent the prescription when they really hadn't-even refusing to print my prescription so I could just come pick it up. Finally the last time I called, they told me I was due for an office visit and that I had to come in before they would send my prescription to be filled. Understanding that my prescription may be expired, I asked if they would go ahead and refill it-since my stomach was hurting-and I would make an appt to come in and see him. They refused. I finally got a hold of my prescription-with no help from them-and I still had 2 months and 2 refills left on it. I will NEVER see this Dr. again.

After calling 5 gasto offices that could not schedule me in for a first visit any sooner than a month out I called Doctor Gupta. They got me in in just a few days. Dr. Gupta was nice, funny even. His staff was nice too. My only complaint is that he is a bit quick sometimes, but if I ask questions he always answers them and he never seems irritated that I want to know more like some doctors do. all in all, i like him so far.
