Very satisfied with Re-Bath. Very experienced and knowledgeable installation experts removed an old bathtub and bathroom floor and installed a magnificent shower and new wood laminate floor that revived this old 1959 bathroom.

Pros- + Updated look and job...

Pros-

+ Updated look and job was done in less than one working day.

Cons-

- We were told not to use the shower for at least 24 hours but within a few hours after the installation the walls started to buckle. The job was done on a Friday so we had to wait till Monday for someone to come back to fix it. They blamed the vent in our bathroom but after it was "fixed" the wall stayed in place, turns out it wasn't our vent but their mistake on measurements. Shower walls still curve out some.

- We were told the materials used were non porous and virtually maintanence free but quickly learned it isn't so. We are very clean people but scum builds up and is very noticable if not scrubbed a minimun of once a week.

- The shower head was what they called "water smart" and was put in by law but was top of the line and after calling to complain about how little water came out causing us to take twice as long to rinse off, they said we could remove the "regulation ball" ourselves, but after my husband took it down, there was no such ball. We had to spend extra money to buy a new shower head because they weren't willing to do anything else about it.

- Chose "white tiles" instead of colored or textured tiles and after less than six months the tiles are "yellowing". After several different types of cleaners the yellowing will not go away.

Using rebath is a quick fix and looks good for a short period of time but for the amount of money that it costs to install the new bath or shower, it isn't worth it. It sounds and looks good in the pictures but it looks cheap compared to having actual tiles put in.

Hire someone trust worthy, install a new bath bin, tile your walls with water tight materials and you will have a much better look at half the cost!
