I love this place! It's my favorite place to get a pedicure or manicure. The owners are present and the staff is very friendly. It has a great atmosphere. I have been going here for year.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! I have been getting pedicures at LaVee for three years and won't go anywhere else. The customer service is excellent. The wait times can be a little long depending on when you go, but the service is absolutely worth the wait!

No matter, the day, time, or weather i ALWAYS receive wonderful service at LaVee. Vivian and Jay take great care of my needs every time i come. I go to no one else but them, and for great reasons. They're work space is absolutely beautiful and their employees are very bubbly and outgoing people who make me smile apon every visit. I recommend then above all others!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! LaVee Nails, 2809 N Hurstbourne Pkwy (by Papa Murphy’s). Have supported this young couple in their start-up business for the last three years – in every way possible! Truly thought they could grow their salon to be a cut above the rest with quality and customer service. My hope for them was that they would one day be a high end salon in the East End. Sadly, I was very wrong.

LaVee is “just another nail salon” amid the hundreds in Louisville who sacrifice quality and service for quantity. Without customer loyalty, their fall will be swift. One must give loyalty to receive it. Yes, Vivian, you are quite correct. I would never be happy at LaVee because I will not understand that the technicians working on me must go away to work on someone else during my appointment time. Perhaps someone does not understand what an appointment means.

TO MY MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT I RECOMMENDED TO LAVEE: Please accept my apology for recommending and encouraging you to patronize this salon. That was a HUGE mistake, and I am very sorry.

My name is Vivian, the owner of LaVee Nails. First of all, I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. Second, you need to look at yourself and maybe change your attitude and be nice to other people before you talk about them. You called me "Retarded" that tell people you are very educated. We had seven clients witness the whole situation that day. I am proud to tell you that my nail tech did nothing wrong, other than you were harassed her with your bad attitude. I am in business where my job is making people happy when they come to see us and also protect my nail tech from customer like you. Hope you can read this!!!

I went into this Salon having one decent experience before. After waiting 15 minutes, my technician gets the pedicure water ready and its boiling hot. I ask for cold mixed in but when I say it's good she let's it run a bit longer. Enough to get it too cool. I show her a blister next to my big toe, walking around Atlanta for the Final Four too much, and she begins to remove my polish sloppily getting acetone into the blister. I cried out in pain. When it subsides we try again, just to have her take her gloved hand and put it on top of my blister again. I ask her to please tell me to angle my feet or touch anywhere else but just don't touch the sore. She starts again and as she is talking the device she accidentally stinks it into my toe. My pedicure is becoming increasingly not relaxing and downright painful. Instead of asking if I am ok the owner Vivian gets angry and tells me I should not get a pedicure. Never mind being stick with a sharp pointer in the toe. She was so rude and awful. I think they need to train their technicians much more and learn customer service. Truly horrible place. I do not recommend at all!

You get the royal treatment everytime you go in, and their prices are very reasonalbe. They also have a very clean and well lit shop.
