They have had too many "management" changes. We rented. The manager at the time told us that they just had a double wide come available for rent. So we jumped on it. Well we had to do the work in it before they let us move in, like painting, new floors, water leaking, trim, and the list goes on. No walk about was done, no punch sheet was made and still (4minths) later our sink is about to fall into the counter tops because of the bad leaking. But biggest problem is they are trying to force us out because they "don't rent double wides". We have been told on many occations that they don't rent then that they sell them. So they don't mow out lawn and they "confuse the rent prices" and gave filed eviction on us twice because of their clerical error. Really......

I rented a home in the logans pointe park back in june. Worked on the home for a month before I could.move in. Come to find out they have been over charging me on my rent $65 every month, which also lead to $80 in late fees because I was only paying the amount agreed to in my lease. The new manager also doesnt like to return phone calls and hasnt been able to resolve this issue in 6 months! She is now thretining me with eviction when the park owea me several hundred dollars. I wouldnt recamend any sks/you got it homes community to anyone!

My fiance and I had bought a trailer from them.we paid it off in February its almost April and still haven't received. The title. We get the run around the manager doesn't like to return phone calls. Come to find out she's a.crook let's just say she no longer has a job. If any one knows of a park that pays for the move please let me know. There's also teenage punks who busted the door o. Our shed we're in desperate need of a better mobile home park
