I spilled milk on my macbook pro and they fixed it within one week for $500 less than the other mac stores quoted me.

I run a doctors office around Dutchmans lane, and we were using a person for our technical issues that one of our employees knew. He gave us an OK deal but really did not know much about what he was doing in terms of fixing things. I happened to come across Bit By Bit's website when a friend referred me, and I decided to give them a chance. I'm really glad I went with them because they are professional, friendly, and really know how everything works. They make suggestions on how things can run better, and on simple issues they can usually walk me through things on the phone. I use them for all our problems and even had them re-setup our office. I highly suggest at least trying this company, even if you have your own guy already, you will be glad you did.
