I've been envolved in several collisions throughout my life and have always been disappointed in one way or another with the shops I've dealt with. This time my mechanic and insurance agent both recommended I go to Louisville Frame & Fender. For the first time I'm completely satisfied. It was a $8000 collision and I spent about 30 minutes going over the car and found nothing wrong. The insurance appraiser said it was about a 23 day repair but these guys had it done in 2 1/2 weeks and its perfect. Great staff, great turn around and great job!!!

I took my car to Louisville Frame and Fender recently while my husband was away on deployment. He had always taken care of these things and feared that I wouldn't be taken seriously as a "woman" needing my car repaired. I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience there. They walked me through all the steps of the repair and assured me my car was in good hands. Now that my husband is home, he takes all of our vehicles there. I impressed him with finding this place!

Louisville frame and Fender did a great job repairing the side panel on our minivan. Other places in town told us it would take up to 10 business days (meaning we would have to pay for a rental out of pocket that long). Louisville Frame and Fender had it down in less than 1/2 that time. Plus, unlike other places they left my car in a clean condition. Will take my car there again if have another fender bender.

Louisville Frame & Fender is a top notch auto body repair company. I was in a car accident and I took my car there. They did everything: facilitated getting the rental, updated me on the status, found additional damage that went un-noticed by the insurance appraiser, fixed it all in a very timely manner. Plus, they were very courteous and they listened to me whenever I had a question. I will definitely bring my car back, if needed.

My experience with Louisville Frame & Fender was wonderful. I was very anxious after being in an accident and they took care of everything. They kept me up to date on what was oging on. Worked with both insurance companies so I dind't have to. Completed the job when they said they would and had it looking brand new. I was happy there was parking as that is sometimes a challenge downtown. Hopefully I'll never need to go back, but if I need my car repaired, I'll be going to Louisville Frame.
