After having a new gas meter installed, we could not get the gas fireplace to light. The representative from the gas company called Maeser Services to come to the house and trouble shoot for me. I was expecting a two to three day wait period. They contacted me within five minutes and were at the house in less than thirty minutes. After going through all the trouble shooting steps the problem was determined, and I bought a new battery for my remote. Problem solved.
Thanks guys for your service. I'm back to enjoying my fireplace with the push of a button.

Adam B. was Great! He took the time to diagnose the issue with my furnace. It is an older model (15+ years old), but he was able to get to the bottom of the problem. He ordered the needed parts, they came in the next day and inside of 24 hours all was fixed! Adam was very profession and personable!

Had Maeser to replace my a/c system 5 years ago. Worst decision I have ever made. Since they installed the system we have been plagued with constant problems from annoying noise to inability to cool or heat the house evenly. Hardware selected by Kurt Hoffman was selected wrong with no regards to the duct or house size. Upstairs unit he has recommended was not needed at all. What he selected for it is too powerful for the installed by Maeser ducts, so when it works it produces a strong air flow making it very unpleasant. System was installed and configured wrong. Maeser has been trying to fix the issues for a year or so until I found and fixed the noise problem myself and found another professional to deal with other problems. Took us all these year's and about 2-3 thousands extra to get the system to the point where it is heating and cooling the house more or less evenly and does not produce annoying noise. I would strongly suggest to look for another company if you are doing anything major with your a/c.

Maeser is AWESOME! I first used them a couple years ago when I needed a new hot water heater and I've been using them ever since. I feel like they give me an honest answer to whatever problem I'm having and they fix it quickly! I won't ever use anyone else. Mark and Jake were my plumbers today, but everyone that has ever come out from Maeser has been just as awesome!!

Lee came to our home today and repaired our leaky kitchen sink drain pipe and he adjusted a toilet that had not worked properly since another company had replaced the original parts. Additionally he tightened a bathroom faucet that was loose. Lee was courteous, thorough, explained everything before he did the work, and was very pleasant. In the future, Maeser will be the company I call for plumbing needs and Lee will be the technician I request.

Called out on a Saturday to unstop main sewer line so expected time and a half. Tech arrived, looked at job, then pulled out "cost book my boss gives us". Estimate was $600. He then told me about a friend he could send me to that would be way cheaper. "But don't tell me my boss or I will get in trouble". I declined and thanked him for his time. I understand companies are in business to make money but that was ridiculous.

Charging 260 just to change flapper!!! Admitted it was a 10 minute job and 5 dollar part. So 250 for 10 minutes. When we said too much we had to pay 70 fee for coming to our house. Total rip off!

I called with a leaky drain problem underneath my kitchen sink. They told me someone would be there within the hour. John arrived on time. He looked at my problem, gave me a fair estimate and repaired the drain in less than an hour. Highly recommended! Will absolutely use them again.

I recently had to do a waterline repair for a new refrigerator I had purchased. Unfortunately I did not have many options because of how my house is constructed to run the waterline or connect to a new water source. Maeser's employees were very polite and gave me a clear understanding of the situation. They were able to provide a work around and did an excellent job given the difficulties. Even left it looking better than what they were replacing to begin with.The price was very reasonable too! I will happily use them in the future and was thankful for the recommendation from a friend.

Get the Service plan they offe...

Get the Service plan they offer - every penny. We have used it many times for our plumbing or heating and air issues. Every employee that comes to our home is professional and cares about his business and Maeser's reputation. I would reccommend them to anyone. Our recent experience was a problem with our furnace. We called them, they knew we were a plan member, and had someone out that afternoon that fixed our issue without it being a $500 affair. I feel confident that Maeser works to fix our problems in our home as affordably as possible, not to create additional expenses for us. That type of philosophy builds lifelong customers, of which we are one.
