Absolutely fantastic customer service and professional audio knowledge. After walking in-store and explaining my home audio issue, an employee agreed to walk with me to my home (around the corner) and helped me diagnose the problem. After a couple trips to and from the store, some which included the two of us lugging heavy subwoofers and amplifiers,we found the problem. End of the day, I was only charged for $8 worth of cables I needed, even after using about an hour of their time with questions. These guys are as good as they get. After spending 40 years in customer service (auto dealerships) it is so nice to find a business that is what all customers dream of : they are friendly,knowledgeable , they listen very well and best of all they solved my problem with a turntable that i had not been able to even find a repair facility in metro Washington, DC area. I'm so happy with these folks i brought them 2 more turntables to repair. Good on ya mates
