I am a 65 yr. old Canadian who drove a legally blind couple to Florence KY for eye appts. the following day at 8 a.m. I drove down to Louisville, to pick up my rosary supples. But just as I entered Louisville, my Transmission blew. I was scared, alone, and didn't know who to turn to and needed my car for the next day. The Auto Club took me to a small dealer down the street, but he said he didn't do Transmissions and recommended your place. He towed my car there. Needless to say, I was a basket case! The gentleman at Mr. T....his name was Kent....was truly a gift from Heaven. I like to think of him as Clark Kent....because he really was a superhero!! He helped calm me down, called Enterprise so that I could rent a car and he promised he would do everything in his power to get my car done by Friday. I found out later, that he had my car towed to another Mr. T. shop and waived the cost of the towand got staff to come in early Saturday and get my car done! God bless him!
