DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!



They have an F rating according to the louisville BBB and our experience was definitely indicative and deserving of that F. After reading other complaints on the BBB of similar issues, we feel other families should be warned as well. Due to conflicting schedules, we had to cancel our membership. We were promised by Quinn that we would receive an e-mail that day and that everything would be taken care of. Several days later, we still had no e-mail. We called and talked to Bill, who assured us that everything was fine and the cancellation would go through. Several weeks later, we had a charge on our account. Our card was automatically debited. We called again and AGAIN Bill assured us that we would receive a refund. Now, 2 months later, we still have not received a refund and we have had to put a stop on the account from our bank to stop the withdrawals. We have contacted them several times via phone and e-mail and left many messages and they continue to go unanswered. Unfortunately we did the research after and found that another family had the exact same complaint through the BBB. PLEASE research the BBB before taking your business here. I would highly recommend another children's gym in the Louisville area.
