My case worker keep telling me they don't have time to work my case and its been two months. They have all the information need to process my case and that's been verified! Just keep saying they are over worked and they have a new computer system that is causing delays. But also being told that is was in process months ago and now being told its JUST NOW BEING PROCESS. They are not being truthful when updating us on status of out case when pending others approval for processing.

I call them and they never answer their phones. so I call the main place and they get my case mixed up with someone else's. more to the story than that but they need to just hire new and better people that arnt rude and people who actually know what the heck they are doing

Decent place, bad worker

I dont think any of these places answer their phones. Most of the people were ok, not that friendly, but not outright rude. My case worker, on the other hand, was a complete jerk and should be fired! My first visit with him (he was an older white guy, forget his name) he told my 3 year old son who was standing next to me being quiet that he needs to sit down and shut his mouth. I should have went off on the guy. The other time he was actually rude to me, making a comment about me getting pregnant. I feel like some of the 'bad' workers here take advantage of the fact that you need help and treat you badly. :/

just like the other person said.. its fast and easy to get in if you are actually there.. but when u try and call,,,,, whoa.. its a whole different prospective.. they never answer your call and no matter how many times you leave a voicemail, well you dont get called back.. its kinda ridiculous..

Alright, but could be better

This neighborhood place isn't too bad, but it could do better!! When you go up there, there isn't usually to many people there, the workers are nice and tell you what you need to know, but when you try to call it's a whole different story!!

They never answer, I dont know why, and I dont really care to know why, but they do need to start answering their phone. But like I said their ok, just need to do better cause I've had way worse!!
