TERRIBLE! I just left there. Had an appointment at 540pm. I arrived on time but was told there was a 40 minute wait! Lady at the desk was incredibly rude. This was my first time there. Didn't get pictures made and will never return.

They don't even deserve 1 star. My wife had a 9:10 AM appointment for our 9 month old and when she got there at 9:05 AM and signed in, they were already running behind and had 2 people ahead of her. So in order to keep the 9 month old happy, she ran to a store just down from there to get some baby food and when she got back there was another family in line. The workers there told her that she would have to go to the back of the line because they couldn't verify she was there on time for her 9:10 appointment time. Even though she spoke with them when she arrived at 9:05. The family was nice enough to offer to let her go in front of them, but my wife declined as she didn't want to cause a family with 4 kids to have to wait even longer. The workers were rude and they could care less about appointment times. We will NEVER be back to this sad excuse of a portrait studio and we will be letting everyone we know to stay clear of them.

I have been to this place several times and have only had one decent experience. They lure you in with a coupon and shoot 1000 photos of your kid not smiling then you narrow it down to 25 of your "favorites". Don't waste your time or money. Go to sears.

I was not impressed by the photographers skills. This studio was recommended to me because of their photographers creative ideas. During our session, I was asked several times what we should do and what backgrounds should be used. I didn't even know what they had. The pricing was also ridiculous. I don't need 40 sheets of photos but it costs the same as 10 sheets. We will not be returning.

I have been to this studio on 3 occasions and will say I WILL NEVER go back! We had an appointment for 2 toddlers at 6:40 and did not get pictures taken until 8:10. Then the photographer...Melisa was AWFUL!!! She had no patience and didn't understand why we couldn't reschedule for another day after she realized the children were restless and not wanting to cooperate. Needless to say, our experience was AWFUL and not worth the wait or "savings"! What a JOKE this establishment is!!!
