Ms. Ann is the best! I love Ms. Ann and recommend her to everyone! I have been going to her for three years and she is the only person I let touch my nails. She knows exactly what I like done with my manicures and pedicures and acrylic nails without me having to tell her repeatedly. She is so good, that my nails very rarely break so I definitely get my money's worth out of each visit.



She also makes each customer feel like she is their best friend and she's a great listener. She knows all her customers by name and actually remembers things about them so they can have good conversations.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Unprofessional people. Let me tell you, I had never had my nails done professionally only had them done at home. So I thought it would be cool to get them done by a professional. WRONG. The pregnant foreigner kept asking me about color. I did not know that I was supposed to pick a color, I had never done this before and told her that time and time again. I told her I want French tips no color. Finally she understood and in the middle of doing my nails she got up and left me sitting there while she gave some other woman a pedicure. I was offended! That was very unprofessional to get up and leave a customer and start on someone else. So after a few minutes a guy came and started finishing where the pregnant lady left off. He was rude, I could not understand anything he said and he seemed to get annoyed that I could not understand him. My nails were put on crooked and they used the cheapest glue and nails (I know I bought the same crap in the stores many times). I thought professionals used better products? Least that is what people always told me, but not Pretty Nails, no they use cheap nails and glue that they bought from The Dollar store. I was so unhappy with my nails. THEY WERE CROOKED!!!!!! After a week I ended up pulling them off. I was so disgusted with these unprofessional people.
