I visted 6714 Preston Highway in July 2016. Their hyperlink is https://www.publicstorage.com/storage-search-landing.aspx?location=louisville%2C+ky . When I asked to go look at a storage unit I was told I had to first fill out a customer service request first. Then I was told I had to have a lock; either from them for about $20 or mine (I had neither at that time I was just looking). Then I asked how much for a unit and was told it varies from day to day from the light brown haired women clerk. In All they won't let you first see what you are getting (a pig in the poke) and the price is NOT apparently constant which means that it is NOT stable. Hope you realize what All I am describing to you concerning my experience with them here. I Never therefore contracted with them because of All of that. I knew I would have problems if I dealt with them any further. Thank you for reading this review.
