Rachel was very professional while also being very empathetic in helping my family with a terrible situation she was always concise with her answers and her explanations of what things we're going to happen. You know life is messy and to expect people to be perfect at every corner is ridiculous but I will say this you will never find a more qualified, caring & motivated individual as Rachelle I cannot recommend her enough.

I was very disappointed in the service Rachelle provided during my case that she doesn't even deserve 1 star (but you have to give al least one star). My first court appearance was on a Thursday. I called her on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before the court date. Never got a call back, text, email, nothing. Thursday as I'm driving to court she calls to tell me she would not be making it to court but would send another attorney. She stated that the attorney going know everything about my case. Once the stand in attorney showed up she wanted to talk to me because she knew nothing about my case. It was about a month from my first court date to the second court date. During this time Rachelle never once contacted me. I only met with her once for about 15 minutes which took almost a week of me trying to reach her to schedule that appointment. The second court date was schedule at 11:30am. She was not there so I called her. She told me she forgot about it because it was not on her schedule. She showed up about 12:10 since she had to drive so distance. She did not defend my side of the case at all. I was the one speaking up and defend myself the whole time. After that court hearing I never heard from her again even though I tried to contact her many, many times. She did finally answer her phone one dat when I called her from a different phone number. I am so disappointed in her. She just took 1500 from me and did nothing.

I enjoyed working with Rachelle. She's professional, nice, and a very good attorney.

I hired Rachel for an EPO hearing. The first time she was early showing up and the case was just laid over because the defendant was not served. I paid her 420.00 of the 500.00 for handling an EPO. The second time and most important time ( when we actuaaly had the hearing and he was served) after waiting thirty minutes past the time she was supposed to be there I finally called her office. She then text me saying she would be there soon. When she arrived she came in and asked if we were called yet? When I told her no she said ok I'll be back.Before leaving I gave her the remaining 80.00 I owed her. After leaving 30-45 min again she came back asking the same thing. When I told her no she said she was going to check in. After checking in ( which I am not sure she did) she left again. Thirty minutes or so later she came back and sat down. Only to approach me within the hour and say she had no idea it would take so long and she had to leave because she had to be somewhere. She said she felt bad and handed me only 80.00 of the money back. Confused I ask her what was I going to do? She said just go in there and tell them what you told me. She then left me with no replacement lawyer, no clue what I was doing, no money or no time to hire a new lawyer.

I will not argue that Ms. Howell is a good attorney, WHEN SHE SHOWS UP!!! Out of three court apperences, she was late to two. The third, she didnt even show up, leaving me to talk to the prosecutor alone. She was paid in full, up front, and while I know I will never see any kind of reembursment. I hope this will at least be a caution for others.

Rachelle Howell has represented me in minor criminal defense cases (traffic offenses). She's professional, prompt to return phone calls, patient with explaining legal issues, but most importantly, she gets the job done right.
