We took a cab back to our hotel and the meter was not turned on he made up a ridiculous price upon arrival. Do not trust them

Thank God for Ready Cab!

My daughter goes to the University of Louisville. I live over 1,000 miles away. My daughter needed some belongings brought to her from her former apartment. She doesn't drive, so obviously she has no car. I tried every means I could think of to get someone to bring my daughter's things to her. No luck. Finally, I thought that a cab company just might be willing to help. I got on-line and tried Ready Cab. I spoke with Mike, who was very helpful. Ready Cab brought my daughter's belongings to her in a very timely manner. Also, my daughter said the driver was very polite. And to top it all off, they let me charge it to my credit card. (My daughter didn't have the money to pay for a cab.) Thank God for Ready Cab!

Worst Taxi Ride Ever

I was in town a little over a week ago and had the misfortune of getting into Ready Cab #99 driven by a Mr.Elkins. I frequently stay at the downtown Marriott hotel and outside of being overcharged a time or two have generally had uneventful rides from there to the airport. The first thing I noticed after getting into Ready #99 was an awful pungent odor that should have been my first indication that this wasn't going to be a pleasent ride.

The first real problem ocurred when the driver missed his turn onto 1st St. Instead of circling around the block as he should have, he proceeeds to turn the wrong way onto Brook St. nearly colliding with an oncoming vehicle. He then continues down Brook St. the wrong way to Muhammad Ali continuously blowing his horn at oncoming traffic. Next we get onto I65 where he attempts to weeve through heavy traffic exiting at Arthur St. because he knew a faster way. Forty minutes later we arrive at SDF whereupon I had to catch a later flight.

NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL!!!!

i CALLED READY CAB EARLY IN THE MORNING FOR A 2OCLOCK PICK UP! WHEN 2 CAME AROUND THERE WAS NOT A CAB, WHEN 2:10 CAME AROUND THERE WAS NO CAB STILL, FINALLY AT 2:20 i CALLED TO SEE WHERE MY CAB WAS. THE MAN ON THE PHONE (THE ACTUAL MAN I TAKED TO EARLIER) ASKED ME WHO I WAS AND WHEN I CALLED! HE TOLD ME THAT HE COULDNT REMEMBER WHO I WAS OR WHEN I CALLED OR HAD NOT WRITTEN DOWN FOR A PICK UP! I WAS FURIOUS! I ASKED WELL CAN YOU HAVE A CAB COME GET ME NOW? HE TOLD ME NO THAT THERE WASNT A CAB IN MY AREA AT THIS TIME! I SAID NEVERMIND THEN AND BEFORE I HUNG UP HE SAID IM SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE AND TO KEEP THEM IN MIND FOR THE NEXT TIME (NOT THE TIME I NEEDED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE) IF I NEEDED A CAB, I COULD ONLY LAUGH AT HIM WHEN HE SAID THAT! THERE WAS NO CALL NO NOTHING TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BE A CAB COMING TO PICK ME UP WHEN I WAS PROMISED ONE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UN-ORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL! HOW CAN YOU FORGET A CLIENT AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY WAS NO LONGER COMING!...I DO NOT IN ANY WAY RECOMEND THEM!
