Founded in 1985, Realty Title is a full-service real estate title and escrow company that conducts closings for the sale and refinance of residential and commercial properties. It provides closing and escrow services for consumers and real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, real estate agents and developers in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Georgia. The company is affiliated with Crye-Leike, which is one of the largest real estate companies in Tennessee. Realty Title issues title insurance policies through several underwriters, including Fidelity National Title, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Southern Title Insurance Corporation. In addition, it collects taxes and assessments, as well as orders the payoffs of mortgages and liens.
