This is a company you will not want to work for. This company will guarantee you earnings up to $23.00 per hour. How this works, the company pays you by piece count per truck load. If the amount paid to you is $150.00, the company will divide the $150.00 by the amount of time you log to complete all your deliveries. If the amount does not equal $23.00 per hour, the company will alter your logbook to reflect $23.00 per hour.

I reported on duty at 4:00 AM in the morning and completed the route at 9:00 PM. The reason for the long length of time is that the freight was never ready at 4:00 AM but rather anywhere from 9:00 Am to 12:00 PM.

Total on duty not driving and on duty driving time exceeded the 14 hour rule.

I should have received $16.00 per hour for the downtime but never did.

Reinhart changed my total logbook time to reflect the amount the route paid to the driver divided by the guaranteed rate per hour. Example: if the route pays $200.00 and the guaranteed rate is $20.00 per hour then your logbook would be 10 hours.

In my case, my log sheet would be altered by Reinhart to reflect the 10 hours and not the true time of 17 hours.

Reinhart is misleading, deceptive and altering log records on their part is illegal.
