Located in Louisville's south end, we are a close-knit community that feels privileged to serve the men and women who seek our care. Our staff is particularly dedicated, with the majority having been here for five or more years. Their love for what they do is something our patients feel and benefit from every single day. Rockford Manor has 120 nursing care beds, all of which are certified for Medicare patients. We offer exceptional rehabilitation services to help our patients heal and achieve their greatest levels of strength, ability and independence. These services include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. To make sure each patient's needs are consistently met, our medical director and nurse practitioners are on-site two to three times every week
