I have lived in Rolling Hills apartments for 6 years now, and I want out. The office "manager" (Lori Glass?) Is a totally awful. If you have any complaint or problem, you are treated as nothing more than an annoyance. When looking at other reviews on a different website, in response to a tactful review where someone else was unhappy, the management actually post a reply saying, "If you aren't happy, why do you still live here?" It was posted 2 years ago, but it pretty much sums up the way they treat their tenants. I used to love my apartment, until I had a CONVICTED DR.UG DEALER move next door to me, and try to sell me dr.ugs. After all the crap, it took his arrest warrent being posted on the door to our building for him to get evicted. Then, another "happy couple" moves next door. What? Fighting at 2 in the morning when you have to work early? Get over it. Oh, and the dog your neighbor tied to the balcony who barked for 12 HOURS straight? Get over that, too. The rednecks downstairs with 10 cars that leave you no place to park, beat their kids in the hall, fight constantly and knock on your door to confront you when you complain? Not their problem. All the stuff that breaks constantly in your apartment? Call 20 times and they will eventually get to it. The playground that has so much broken equipment that someone is bound to get hurt? It'll take 2 months and another 20 complaints to fix. Oh, and your neighbor who

got rap.ed? That's her fault. What do you expect them to do about it? Ask the cops to drive around once in a while? Yeah, right. This is what I pay $800 a month for. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
