Local, friendly, family owned independent business. The staff will educate you on any question you have. Never put much thought into dog food until I was given new information. My dogs are much happier and healthier and I am saving money for a better product. No complaints here!

I've never had any problems with the store, the supplies are pretty easy to find, and I have never had any problems with the employees

never use this place. we took 5- 8wk old full blooded shutizus pups in to sell her, she said she would let her vet check them out, but went ahead and paid us 500.00 down. then she called back 2 days later and said that 2 died. no way that happened. she sold them 2 dogs. and she cancelled the check for the 500.00 dollars also. they are crooks. please go any where but there.

I will never come back.





Today I went in with a family member so she could purchase a Plecostomus and possibly a new hood for her aquarium. We were the only customers in the store yet it took roughly 15 minutes for someone to assist us. When an employee finally did she had no prior knowledge of the fish. Another employee, who I assumed to be the store owner/manager, came to assist us. He repeatedly made rude and very condescending comments to my family member, telling her she was wrong, and very aggressively told her 8 year old daughter to "get her hands out of the fish tank", when she was no where near sticking her hands in the tank.





I feel as if small local pet stores should take more pride in their place of business, in keeping things clean, having employees that are ready to help with proper knowledge and I also think guests should feel more welcome.
