St. Matthews Area Ministries CDC seemed ok at first but the longer we were there, more issues became visible. There were three incidents/injuries that required hospital attention. These were of great concern to us. We are no longer at St. MAM CDC. We are at a place now that is so much better. I am glad we changed facilities and wished we had done it sooner.

My child sustained a head injury with a large laceration across the face at this daycare. An ambulance was not called. Three teachers present. No one saw anything. Falsified the incident report and then tried to cover it up. My child was pushed by an aggressive child into a sharp point of furniture. The ER Doctor said it was one of the worst he had seen. I don't want this to happen to your child.
