Great to work with! The ladies in the front office greeted me warmly and kept me up to date with how my repairs were coming along. My Altima looked better than before the accident.

Had my wife's Acura towed to SMI after she was hit in the rear on the expressway. Paid them over $5900 to repair. Took them over a month. two different extensions past first date. Have taken it back 3 times and still not right. Will never use SMI again.

Do not, I repeat do not use St Matthews imports to repair your cars, there are other places in the East End that are far more reasonable and honest. I took my 03 Taurus to SMI to repair the HVAC blower motor, took them almost 2 days to do the job, yes 2 days, and here's why it took 2 days: when I picked up my car I can clearly smell Italian food, and a bank deposit slip, and driving directions to someone's house, so clearly the evidences suggests someone used it to go get dinner and a night out with friends, when I confronted the manager at SMI, she pretty much told me to my face that I was crazy and was making this up? and when I showed her my "evidence" that's when she got nervous and told me it could have fell out of a tech's back pocket, ok if that's the case when why is the bank deposit slip and the driving directions are not wrinkled? she had no answer. And what about the Italian food smell? she said is because of mildew in my car, but I never noticed it before? and I know the smell of Italian food when I smell it. To make a long story short, she got nasty with me and pretty much told me that her techs are not allowed to use customer's car and didn't care what I think, so if you like having your car used to go got take outs and evening drives to see friends, then by all means go to SMI, if not, go else where. P.S if you must go to SMI for services, be sure to write down the mileage of your car that way you will know for sure if someone used it.
