I called to get info on a Cut n Style and was asked if I wanted my hair shorter! WTF CUT means shorter!!!

The lady that cut my husband's hair was not friendly at all and his hair is crooked, and it's longer on the bottom than it is on the top.. It's much much shorter than he asked for. I could've cut his hair better than this! Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted the money. Now we have to spend more money to fix it.
